Hipobuy QC Guide
Everything you need to know about quality control photos, inspection, and handling product issues.
Understanding QC Photos
QC (Quality Control) photos are detailed inspection images taken by the warehouse team before your order is shipped. These photos show every angle of your product, including logos, stitching, materials, and overall build quality. They are your opportunity to verify product quality before it leaves the warehouse.
Common Quality Problems
Common issues to look for in QC photos include: misaligned logos, poor stitching, color discrepancies, incorrect materials, sizing errors, and packaging damage. Always compare the QC photos with the product listing images and description to spot any differences.
Product Inspection Process
The inspection process involves checking the product for defects, verifying size and color accuracy, photographing all angles, and packaging the item securely. This process typically takes 1-3 business days after your order arrives at the warehouse.
Approving Orders
Once QC photos are available, you can review them in your account dashboard. If you are satisfied with the quality, approve the order for shipping. If you notice issues, you can request an exchange or return before the item is dispatched.
Exchanges And Returns
If QC photos reveal significant quality issues, you can request an exchange for the same item or a return for store credit. Keep in mind that minor imperfections that do not affect wearability may not qualify for returns. Always communicate clearly with customer support.
